The experience begins with a warm welcome in the spa bar as you sip on a chilled glass of Bubbly.
To begin your yourney we will serve you a garden salad in the privacy of your villa

All set day packages are available for residents as well as non residents.
All Packages included:
Pjure filtered water, some soft drinks & use of towels, slippers, bathrobes, shower facility & lockers at your disposal.
There is no need to bring or wear any special clothing except for swimwear if you want to relax at the pool area after a day package.
WELCOME
Ring the intercom at the big gate down the road with your name or reservation number .
once the gate is open , drive up to the main building.
You will be warmly welcomed followed by brief consultation to ensure that treatments suit your needs.
PREPARING
For ladies, no preparation is necessary; simply show up & enjoy. For men, we recommend shaving prior to having a facial for maximum comfort and benefit to the skin. Other treatments require no preparation.
WHAT TO WEAR OR TO BRING
Should you wish not to be naked for the massage , you can wear underwear
Men: no boxers or long shorts please, short underwear
Ladies : no bra for the massage
For the Hamam treatment we recommend to be naked as this is a full body cleansing treatment, throughout the treatment you will be draped with Pestimals, covering all parts of the body not being treated. Ladies will be given the option of including the bust area in all body treatments.
Gowns are provided during your time in the spa.
Paper underwear is provided for all body treatments & massages if you require or feel more convenient & comfy.
YOUR COMFORT & THE THERAPISTS
To anticipate your needs, the spa is a very individual & personal experience. Please let us know if there is any way we can improve your treatment or comfort – for example, heavier or lighter massage pressure, an extra towel or cushion, sound or lighting levels.
Kindly note although some of our treatments involve very little clothing for full body experiences such as the sultan hamam & massages. Please do not be mistaken this a professional spa & the procedure & ritual of the treatments we do in a relaxing
,cocooning environment.
Any inappropriate, suggestive or any sexual behaviour will not be tolerated & will end by terminating the treatment immediately & you will be asked to leave without any refund.

For all packages: 100% deposit must be paid to confirm
In the event that you are running late, we will endeavour to conduct your full treatment. However, please note that the treatment may need to be shortened should there be another booking immediately afterwards.
In consideration of other spa guests, as your treatment requires that facilities be reserved private, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Please call us , we will be happy to reschedule or provide you with a voucher.
