At PJURE Boutique Hotel & Spa, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a seamless experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policy below:
Accommodation
All accommodation bookings are non-refundable. Should your plans change, we offer the flexibility to postpone your stay once, within 12 months from the original cancellation date, subject to availability. This allows you to enjoy the PJURE experience at a more convenient time.
Spa Bookings
Spa appointments are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to reschedule your treatment once, within 6 months of your original appointment date, subject to availability. We look forward to welcoming you for a moment of relaxation whenever it suits you best.

Our three-night stay was a serene and memorable escape, made exceptional by the warm, personalized hospitality of Randolph and Evelyn. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a spirit of generosity that set the tone for the entire experience. The 360-degree mountain views created an ever-changing backdrop of natural beauty, while every small detail reflected care and thoughtfulness. Evelyn’s curated facial and her hammam treatment were a highlight — deeply restorative & delivered with an intuitive sense of calm that left us both glowing and grounded.
Each morning began with an abundant breakfast,. Our villa became our haven, a peaceful retreat where time seemed to slow down completely. The We left feeling restored, grateful, and already longing to return.

I was fortunate enough to find this hidden gem in Montagu which is central to the town yet feels so nestled away in the valleys When I stepped out of the car I was met with complete stillness and silence. I was greeted by Randolph who so graciously welcomed us. The rooms were modern, sophisticated and comfortable. The in-room sauna and Jacuzzi leading out to a private porch with a swing overlooking the vistas was quite remarkable. The breakfast the next day was in a pretty garden with a wide variety of pastries & health options. Evelyne her spa treatments is definitely a must as its a unique experience. The place was clean & kept to utmost hygienic standards. Evelyn knows what she is doing. I will definitely be returning soon but for more than just one night. If fine hospitality is on the top of your list, definitely consider staying here 😁💫

Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted with a glass of bubbly, setting the perfect tone for our stay. Randolph, our charming host, walked us through the enchanting details.
At our leisure, we unpacked before Evelyne (the hostess) arrived to whisk us away to the spa. Words can't capture how incredible the experience was; it was by far the most extraordinary day of my life. We indulged in the full spa experience and, believe me, we lost track of time.
We began our session in the steam room, enveloped in a cloud of eucalyptus—a refreshing start to our journey. Next, we were transported to the another room, where the ambiance was nothing short of magical: a crackling fire while we then enjoyed a detoxifying mud bath, snugly wrapped to draw out the toxins from our bodies.
Lunch was a culinary masterpiece: a savoury tuna salad & a stunning homemade soup that left us in awe of the chef's artistry.
