 Pure filtered water, towels, slippers, bathrobes, shower facility & lockers at your disposal. 

MEETING YOUR NEEDS Upon your arrival at Pjure Le Spa  our receptionist will conduct a brief consultation & indemnity form  to ensure that you have treatments suited to your needs. Please advise the receptionist if you are pregnant or have any health issues.

PREPARING FOR YOUR TREATMENT For ladies, no preparation is necessary; simply show up & enjoy. For men, we recommend shaving prior to having a facial for maximum comfort and benefit to the skin. Other treatments require no preparation. Your privacy will be protected at all times. Your therapist will leave you to change in private

WHAT TO WEAR OR TO BRING  There is no need to bring or wear any special clothing except swimwear if you want to relax at the pool after your package. For spa everything is provided in your treatment, should you wish not to be naked for the massage , you can wear underwear
Men: no boxers or long shorts please, short underwear 
Ladies : no bra for the massage please
For the Hamam treatment we recommend to be naked as this is a full body cleansing treatment, throughout the treatment you will be draped with Pestimals, covering all parts of the body not being treated. Ladies will be given the option of including the bust area in all body treatments. Gowns are provided for facials & during your time in the spa. Paper underwear is provided for all body treatments & massages if you require or feel more convenient & comfy.

YOUR COMFORT & THE THERAPISTS To anticipate your needs, the spa is a very individual & personal experience. Please let your therapist know if there is any way we can improve your treatment or comfort – for example, heavier or lighter massage pressure, an extra towel or cushion, sound or lighting levels. Kindly note although some off our treatments involve very little clothing & the full body experience such as the hamam, we're openminded but do not be mistaken this a spa & the procedure & ritual of the treatments we do in a relax, professional & cosy environment. Any inappropriate, suggestive or sexual beheviour towards our therapists will not be tolerated & will terminate the treatment immediatly & you will be asked to leave immediatly.

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY For all packages: 100% deposit must be paid to confirm the spa booking (this due to the big time slots) In the event that you are running late, we will endeavour to conduct your full treatment. However, please note that the treatment may need to be shortened should there be another booking immediately afterwards.
In consideration of other spa guests, as your treatment requires that facilities be reserved private, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Please call our staff, who will be happy to reschedule or provide you with a voucher for a postponed booking at Pjure, no cashback on cancelations.
The voucher can be used for accommodation & spa  No-shows or appointments cancelled within 6 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
