On request for my dearest guests: Healthy bread receipt
This healthy bread is 1 of my favorites, gluten free and yummie!
Ingredients:
1 spoon of coconut oil
200g + 100g of gluten free oats
160 ml warm almond milk
4 eggs
2 thee spoons of gluten free baobab baking powder
1 spoon of honey
2 tea spoons Chia seeds
5 spoons cranberries
30 gram walnuts
a pinch of salt
Action:
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
Mix in the blender: the milk, eggs, baobab powder, honey, salt, coconut oil, 200g of oats
Then put everything in a bowl and add 100g of oats, Chiaseeds, the mix cranberries and the nuts
Mix everything well and put in a mold
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes
Let it cool down
Enjoy this tasty healthy bread!
